"What a difference the new management have made. They have transformed the interior, the service, the menu, and the food is delicious. It is so wonderful to have a busy beating pub in the village again. The new owners have clearly worked really hard and poured their hearts and souls into it and it’s brilliant to see them rewarded with a vibrant bustling atmosphere."

A Little Gem

"Was sent here by the hotel we were staying at as our room was not ready (arrived to early for check in) Had a lovely feel to it and a really relaxed feel even though they were following all covid restrictions. We loved it so much our friends and ourselves decided to return for dinner. So glad as the food was delicious and a good price. Good pub food and fantastic service. Very friendly staff could not fault them. Hopefully by next year they may have some rooms to stay in so will definitely book in here for a pre flight stay over as close to Bristol airport. A great little find and they deserve the 5 stars I have given them."

Wow at Pow

"My first impression was wow! This pub has undergone a huge re-furb and what a transformation, beautiful decor, bright and very clean. My family and I went for Sunday lunch and it was one of the best we have had in a long time, high quality food and delicious wine. I want to also applaud the very friendly and welcoming staff, thank you for making our lunch at Pow one to remember, we will definitely be back soon."
